Go to Blur Iris Software official webpage to download the software, then install it. The software has 32bit and 64bit version that can be compatible with Windows operating system, but no Mac version for Mac OS computers. The software has LE version which only supports a single camera and full version supports up to 64 cameras. The software offers 15 days trial use before purchasing the full version. Blue Iris software is a paid video management software can manage multiple network cameras on the computer. I know they are working hard on the Trackmix so I know they will be likely a newer version even. After some clients asked us whether our WiFi cameras were compatible with Blue Iris software, we decided to download and try this software. The bug is, you can go in to set it, however, it shows you the PT control but does not shows an image so you can't see where it is pointing to be able to set it and save it.ĭoes anyone know of a beta list or anything to subscribe to? I hate to keep asking support if there is new firmware. There is a bug in one of the new settings where you will be able to limit how far the turret can travel left and right. But I have been running it from Nov 2nd and it is working on five Trackmix cams I am running. I am not sure if there is a newer one as they do not have away to find Beta Firmwares and they do not even have the TrackMix on the firmware download page. I received a new firmware for the Trackmix and it now works with Blue Iris without drops!!! So there is something in the firmware for sure making for this freeze. I bought 5 of these ready to use with Blue Iris and I have no other issues with other Reolink cams that are being used. Reolink.Do you have a more current Firmware then the one listed above? Any thoughts or suggestions. So it does not seem to be an issue with the multi streams, but the feed itself.Īny help would be great. Įven if I turn off one of the streams to Blue Iris, it still will freeze and then reconnect. Note: RTMP stream seems inop, cannot connect with either BlueIris or VLC using the RTMP URL format found at. With only one stream / with both streams RTSP Stream(s) freeze after ~90 seconds, then once the RTSP application times out and retries, it'll come back, again for some period of time, average 90 seconds. (Sub/Main with the different numbers mentioned above.) Note that when detecting via ONVIF, the camera only reports one main wide view video feed and does not report the second camera feed.) Example. We see the full image and the zoomed image just fine on different streams. Have tried http and RTSP directly and both do the same. Ok, so while I can get both streams in Blue Iris, the video stream is not stable. It’s more frustrating when the echo shows are terrible for Reolink, and wouldn’t stay on screen, delay for 2-3 seconds, and other stuff Tablets are my main source of viewing the cameras, so will be disappointing if they don’t try to solve it, which they said they’d “suggest” to the team to look into Amazon fire tablet compatibility. Gotta make it work first on the Reolink app before I try another. Still an outstanding camera, hopefully someone here has a solution, I’ve yet to try the Trackmix on other software. Which leads me to believe they didn’t thoroughly test a lot of “minor” things when it came to the camera and it’s release. Going through support right now, and surprisingly they said they only tested compatibility for FireOS on the Amazon Echo Show and Dot. It may be a network issue with the camera. Alone I’m not having any real issues (except on my Fire HD 8, still a small 2-5 second delay on its own) 20-40 second delays when viewing with any other camera. I currently am having issues with delay on FireOS devices (specifically the tablets) and it’s mad annoying. From what I know they are working on a lot of them. Seems to be several compatibility issues that they overlooked for release.
